PSA Staff
The PSA Board of Directors is supported by a professional staff with extensive experience in public works projects, sports facility development and management, public finance, environmental review processes and community involvement.
Ann Kawasaki Romero, Executive Director
Ann has been with the PSA for 10 years. She has considerable experience in public project
management. Previously, she was Deputy Executive Director of the PSA
and Director of Finance and Operations for the Washington State Major
League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District (the PFD). Kawasaki
Romero also served as the acting Director of the Kingdome, Deputy
Director of the King County Department of Public Works, and the Kingdome's
Finance and Administration Manager. She holds a masters degree in
public administration from the University of Washington. Kawasaki
Romero serves as the staff liaison to the PSA Board of Directors,
develops policy options for Board consideration, and leads the Authority's
intergovernmental relations to ensure strong coordination between
this project and other regional jurisdictions. In addition, she oversees
program development, monitoring of the Development Agreement and Master
Lease Agreement with First & Goal, and internal staff management.
Jodi Todd, Office Manager
Jodi has been with the PSA for over 10 years. She is responsible for the management of the office and administrative staff. In addition, she handles human resources, payroll, accounting, records management, information systems, and oversees the management of the consultants and contracts. Jodi also performs the Clerk of Board duties, and serves as the liaison between the general public and the PSA.
She has over twelve years experience in municipal government and has a broad background working for various government entities. Jodi holds a BS Degree in Law and Justice/Pre-Law from Central Washington University.
Steve Woo, Project Manager
Steve has been with the PSA for 9 years. He is a lifelong Seattle resident
and a graduate of the University of Washington with a Master of
Public Administration degree. He worked for King County for 18 years in
a variety of positions including budget, planning, and project
management. He served as the Deputy Project Director for King County's
Regional Justice Center courthouse and jail complex built in Kent
and completed in 1997. Steve's work on this $175 million voter-approved
project included oversight and monitoring of activities related
to planning, financing, site selection, environmental review, design,
and construction. Most recently, Woo worked for the Kingdome assisting
in administration functions for the facility as well as helping
staff transition efforts as the liaison between the Kingdome and
the various construction projects underway in South Downtown.
Tom Anderson, Accountant
Tom has been with the PSA for 7 years. He currently is the part time Accountant. Tom is responsible for the monthly financials, yearly audit of financials and special finance projects. Previously he was Director of Administration and Finance for the City of Kirkland for 31 years. After his retirement from Kirkland, he has been a consultant to the City of Lake Forest Park and Maple Valley.
